1-Year Limited Warranty

Every pair of QXQ earbuds comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects (driver failure, touch-control failure, Bluetooth module failure)
  • Charging case defects (hinge, contact pins, charging board)
  • Battery cells that fail to hold a charge under normal use

What's not covered

  • Normal wear (scratches, ear-tip wear, gradual battery aging)
  • Physical or liquid damage beyond the rated IPX level
  • Lost earbuds or lost charging case
  • Ear tips (consumable — see replacement tips)

How to claim warranty

Email support@qxqaudio.com with:

  1. Your Amazon order number (or seller receipt)
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. One or two photos or a short video showing the problem

Most claims are resolved within 3 business days. If we approve a replacement, we ship a new unit to you free of charge.

Amazon orders

If your QXQ earbuds are within Amazon's 30-day return window, the fastest path is to request a return directly through your Amazon order page. After 30 days, contact us at the email above for manufacturer warranty.
